Subject to the possibility of obtaining implied consent under the Act, or if the Act provides an applicable exception to obtaining consent, if we collect your personal information for any reason, such as for the purpose of applying for a job as part of a recruitment process, we will ask you directly for your express consent, or we will give you the opportunity to refuse to provide us with your personal information.

We offer you the option to unsubscribe or withdraw your consent to future communications with respect to any marketing communications sent to you.
